Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Minor color variation due to screen display differences
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at 01624373142 within 3 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued as:
Replacement product (preferred)
Store credit
Cash refund (only in eligible cases)
Refund Method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are given via bKash or bank transfer
For digital payment methods, refunds are made back to the original payment method
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or item, we will exchange it (subject to availability). Return shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
