Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is placed. Orders made after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time and Charges
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Delivery charge: ৳60–৳80 (depending on area).
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days. Delivery charge: ৳100–৳150.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service for all orders across Bangladesh. Customers are encouraged to keep the exact amount ready during delivery.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect phone number or customer unavailability, we will try to contact you again. If the customer is unreachable for 3 consecutive days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details via SMS or call. For any assistance, contact us directly at 01624373142.

Pick-up Option
Customers can choose to collect their order from our store located at Mirpur 1, Dhaka. Please select “Store Pickup” during checkout if you prefer this option.

Additional Information
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If any product is damaged or incorrect, report it immediately.
Delivery delays may occur during national holidays, strikes, or bad weather conditions.
